Kids, kids, kids. What's up?! Here's what I want you to do. SURF THE NET! Find some sites with counters (you know, those things that say "You are the 10th visitor to this page"). Find three sites that have these counters and write the address down or bookmark them. You will be tracking these sites over the next MONTH.
Your Mission
You are going to create a
presentation for the class, using Microsoft Power Point, showing your findings.
You will also use Microsoft Excel to create charts of your information.
You will make predictions on how many hits the web site will have in 50
days and 100 days. How exactly do you do this? Go to the Activities
page to see what is goin' on. Now, stop cussing me, because it won't
be that bad of an assignment. Plus, you are on the net, and that's
fun. And, I hate to say it, you are going to need to know how to
use these programs when you become an adult . . . YUCK!!
