Robert Hightower, Curator
Board of Regents
Smithsonian Museum
Washington D.C.

Dear Mr. Hightower,

We are in receipt of your most gracious invitation to bring our museum of Ancient Egyptian Artifacts to the Smithsonian and are sending a team of experts to assist you in making the final preparations.

It is my understanding that you are focusing on those artifacts specifically related to the tombs of ancient pharaohs and we are proud of the complete and comprehensive displays that you will be receiving.  As a result of our combined efforts in presenting the important documentation of the histories of these artifacts, public  wareness of these ancient artifacts and records will be invaluable.

It is our hope that the specialists that we are sending will be able to answer any and all questions you and your associates will have regarding the authentic artifacts and documents from the ancient pharaohs.

Sincerely,

Ahmed Ben Hur, Director

You have been given a prestigious appointment as a new curator for the National Museum of History in Washington, DC.  You are responsible for creating a room dedicated to the history of the ancient pharaohs of Egypt.  Keeping in mind the many  accomplishments of each of these pharaohs, you must filter through the vast amounts of artifacts and information given to you by your researchers and anthropologists.  The room must reflect the unique and rich history of the pharaoh you focus on.  Your project must be a tabletop representation no larger than 6' by 3'.  It may include models, maps and drawings.  Each display or exhibit in the room must also contain a brief description that includes where the artifacts where found and their significance to Egypt's history.
