Introduction
Students will gather information on a region by exploring websites on
the internet. They will analyse and evaluate the information gathered
to produce an attractive poster and brochure or power-point presentation.
They will organize their material to make an oral presentation.
Students are travel agents. It is their task to convince a group of high
school students that the region they have chosen is the best place to
spend some time. They will do their research with an eye on a tourist
agenda. Their presentations will be in English but their posters,
brochures and power-point presentations will be in French. All visuals
will include a map.
