Introduction
The American Revolution was over.  A new country called the United States was born.  But who would lead this contry?  What kind of government would it have?  There was one person many hoped could help the states reach an agreement.  That man ws George Washington.

Introductory Activity
Presidential Scavenger Hunt
 

Enabling Activity(ies)
Students will be given time to do research in order to formulate questions for the founding fathers.

Culminating Activity
Hot seat.  The interviewer will interview the Founding Fathers and the students in the audience will question the Founding Fathers.
Choose students to play the role of; the interviewer and the Ffounding Fathers.
