Introduction
This lesson is an introduction to the tennis racket. We will learn proper safety rules, proper grip,and the basic feel of the racket when in use.

1. Students will learn how to grip the racket properly.
2. Students will be able to state the safety rules.
3. Students will be able to properly demonstrate ten "ups"

 Student Activities
 

1.Racket Safety
  A.Explain the importance of racket safety
     1.Have the students in their groups come up with three safety rules 
    for the racket.
      Some examples for racket safety would be:
      * Proper spacing between students.
      * Swinging wildly with the racket is not allowed.
      * No reckless hitting of tennis balls. 

2.Racket Grip
  A.Eastern grip "Hand shake grip"  Forehand grip
   * The student grips the raacket like they are shaking a hand.
