1) Pretest/Post-Test

Print the pretest. Answer the questions. This
will tell me how much you know about families.

You will need to print this survey in English
or Spanish. Then, take it home and ask your parents or grandparents to
help you find out the information.

4) Journal Rubric

Print this, cut it to fit in the inside cover
of your "Family Journal" composition book. Paste it onto the front cover
of your journal. It will help you write your best every day.
5) Table Family
Chart

You will use this chart for your table group.
You only need to print 1 chart for each group. If there are two groups,
you only need 2 charts. This chart will help you compare yourselves to
one another.
6) Timelines
Print the teacher's timeline. This gives
examples of different events you can use in your own timeline.
Print the student timeline. Write down
five things that happened to you in your life. Make sure they are in order.
7) Read a historical book about your town
or city.
8) Venn Diagram

Use the Venn Diagram to compare things in
the past with things today.
9) Family Trees

Print Tommy Pickles family tree. Glue the
members of his family onto the tree. Use photos from the Rugrats Stars
page.

Print the blank My Family Tree. Use your survey
to help you fill in the blanks. Use Tommy Pickles family tree to help you
label the people in the tree.
