folder on the server containing their digital photo.

Introductory
Activity
Students will listen
to a short story about St. Valentine.

Students will observe
a visual demonstration from a computer and overhead of the overall process
of the project. Sample
will
be shown.
Enabling
Activity
Students will open
the Hyperstudio program on the computer to a new stack.
Have the students
draw, using cut and paste and the tools to design their Valentine's card.
Have students now
create a text box and write their sentences (e.g., short poem, letter form).
Second card is made
using their digital picture. Clip art can also be used.
Culminating
Activity
Have the student
give a presentation of their final stack.
