If you want to score, you must warm up first.
You must take your time to stretch properly.
To stay active, you must know what you are doing.
Basics
of Stretching
In order to complete your workout, you must stretch all your muscles.
If you want to jump and spike the ball as good as me, you must
work hard and always stretch correctly.
Even cool guys like me must stretch if we want to do good in sports.
Professional athletes have a greater responsibility to stretch correctly
since we are performing all the time and many people are watching us, and
look up to us, too.
