This lesson will enable students to design and publish a web page on the Elverta Joint Elementary School District Web server.

Introductory Activity

Students search the Web for examples of Good & Bad web design, listing the what they like and don't like about each site.

Enabling Activities

Students download Templates for their Personal Web Pages. They add, images, a color scheme, text, links, etc. to their web pages.

Students publish their web pages to our Web Server & use the grading rubric to critique a follow students Web Site & their own.

Assessment

The students are assessed as to the completion of each activity (100 total points for each activity) and given feedback about their points and what, if anything, is missing.
