http://www.ncsu.edu/careerkey/ Learn about the Career Key measure; how Holland's types are related to career choice; and why the Occupational Outlook Handbook is such a great resource. Measure how similar you are to six personality types. Based on the results, you will create a personal list of jobs -- those you will want to explore. Information is given about each one from the best source, the Occupational Outlook Handbook. Based on years of research, we now know best how to make important decisions. You will learn how to apply the four steps: Alternatives, Consequences, Information, and Plans. Which training programs or college majors match your Career Key results? We will suggest ones for you to explore. These steps are recommended by experts in career counseling -- practical steps you can take to learn more about yourself and the world of work. There is also advice on career counseling and getting help on the Internet.
