Introduction

Many American students and adults have little awareness of the names and location of the Mexican states.    This lesson was created to  help students get a general knowledge about many Mexican states and their attractions.  The students will pick a state to  research and present their findings in a brief PowerPoint presentation they create and narrate.   If you prefer to substitute creating a travel brochure for the PowerPoint show, that option is addressed.
Besides doing this quick research, the students will take a pre and post test, chart and write a paragraph on the items to pack to travel there, and discuss  their state's attributes  with  a partner or small group.
